Our sincerest condolences to all the O'Leary family. I too trained with DJ at SRS Aviation in the 1980's and we went to QANTAS together and later Malaysia Airlines. He was highly intelligent and very charismatic. We were close friends for many years before being geographically separated and had lots of good times together. We are shocked and saddened by his passing. Rest in peace my friend.
