It was a great shock to hear the sad news of Peters passing. Ive known Peter via the Alliance Francaise for probably 15 years. His French was very good and his English was even better. (He could always answer difficult questions about language). Andree and myself will miss catching up for coffee with him in federation square and seeing his plays. But his poetry lives on.
