Jenny and Terry Barker — 6 August 2024

Terry and I were very sad to hear of Bettys death last week. Betty was always full of fun and laughter and she made others join in with her laughter. She was fun to share time with and she was a great talker and her stories were so enjoyable to hear. Betty and Bill were a great couple and my mother was Bettys sister s neighbour in Templestowe Lower. Bettys sister was Joan Meese (Decessed), so Terry and I had a close friendship with Betty and Bill through our Mother of God parish in East Ivanhoe. We wish we could have been at Betty funeral today but I am in hospital for a joint implant and Terry is getting over a heart ablation.We send our condolences to Sue and Robert Hoare and their families.
