Dear Liz, Rohan and Michelle, please accept my condolences for your great loss. David was a dear friend and colleague of my late husband, Lindsay. I remember with great fondness many social occasions I shared with him and wonderful conversations we had, especially about France and his travels there. He was a true gentleman and will be greatly missed .
