To Liz Rohan and Michelle.Please accept my apology for not being able to be with you today on this very sad occasion.David and I shared a long personal and professional journey and I am sad that this has come to an end.David always set the highest standard for himself and others which enabled him to make a major contribution to the formation of Victoria University.I will miss him at the great reunion lunches he organised.Look after yourselves
