Thoughts are with everyone that knew Paddy. With his friendship and music, he made Melbourne a home away from home for me, and no doubt, every other young Irish person that arrived in Melbourne. From the Sunday sessions in the Quiet Man to the Thursday sessions in the Cork Man....Paddy was at the helm promoting everything an ex-pat wanted to see and hear in a new country.Really good memories of Paddy, the Sinn Fein Gaelic Club and Gaelic Park which wouldn't have existed without Paddy's contributions.
