My wife Margaret died the same day as Peter. We joke that some deep and playful discussions occurred that day in heaven -- although Peter may not endorse the concept of heaven! We enjoyed great times with Peter and Christine during their years in Brisbane. These times included our joint membership of Wellspring Community and my attempts to think and write about the relationship between education and the Christian faith both at the school level and the theological college level. His comments were always pertinent, wise, and worth the fullest consideration.
