Dear Robyn and family, my thoughts are with you in this very sad time. I was absolutely devastated by the news and brought to tears.Shihan was my teacher, guide, mentor and above all my friend. I learned so much from this giant of the JKA world both physically and mentally.My family are equally saddened, my 11 year old daughter asked me "does this mean I'll never see Nishimura Sensei again?" My reply was "yes, one day"Kudakutemo, kudakutemo, ari mizu no tsuki - Osu my Shihan.
