Thank you Peter for welcoming me into your home, letting me stay at your beach house at Phillip Island, for introducing me to ideas of social justice, a compassionate, progressive, ethical and inclusive world view, for taking me to my first anti-nuclear demonstration and my first inner-city theatre restaurant on the same day, for allowing us to sound proof "the dungeon" with egg cartons and carpet underlay for band practice, for stimulating conversation and wry humour. A towering figure in my adolescence who opened my mind to a wider world of possibilities and community.
