My husband, Raffaele Favero, was killed filming the war in Afghanistan in 1983. Quentin, as writer and director, helped me weave the story of Raffaeles life and death in the Logi award winning documentary, Frontline Afghanistan. I am forever grateful that Quentin put his talent, skills and intuitive sense of what makes a good story into Frontline. He also welcomed me, Adam, Jana and Rhea into his family life with Sue, Daniel, Ben and Sam. The kids had great times together and the adults, over good food and wine, swapped stories and enjoyed verbal jousting about all things under the sun. Quentin bought a richness into our loved at a very sad time for us. Thank you old boy. Vale Quentin.
